TAFFY APPLE SALAD |

1/2 cup sugar 1-8oz. can crushed pineapple and juice 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 4 cups peeled chopped granny smith apples 1 - 8oz. cool whip 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts |
Mix sugar, pineapple, juice, flour, egg, and vinegar in a sauce pan. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. Refrigerate thickened mixture until cool. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
Serves: 8 to 10 |
